Restore Purchases
What is Purchase Restoration?
Purchase restoration allows you to recover your premium features and content if you:
- Switched to a new device
- Reinstalled the Let's Bond app
- Lost access to previously purchased features
- Signed in with a different account
How to Restore Your Purchases
Method 1: In-App Restoration
- Open the Let's Bond app
- Go to Settings or Account section
- Look for "Restore Purchases" button
- Tap the button and wait for the process to complete
- Your premium features should be restored automatically
Method 2: App Store Account
For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap "Purchased"
- Find Let's Bond and re-download if necessary
For Android:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap the menu icon (three lines)
- Select "My apps & games"
- Go to "Library" tab and find Let's Bond
Important Requirements
Please note: To successfully restore your purchases, you must:
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase
- Have an active internet connection
- Be signed in to the correct account on your device
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble restoring your purchases:
- Check your account: Ensure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account
- Restart the app: Close and reopen Let's Bond
- Check your internet: Make sure you have a stable connection
- Update the app: Ensure you have the latest version installed
- Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart helps
Family Sharing (iOS)
If you purchased Let's Bond through Family Sharing:
- The family organizer must have made the original purchase
- Family Sharing must still be active
- You must be signed in with your Family Sharing Apple ID
Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team with your purchase details.

Purchase History
To view your purchase history:
- iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History
- Android: Google Play Store > Account > Order history
